This is a dishwasher safe impeccable full colour reproduction of photographs limited only by the colour gamut of ceramic pigments. This unique printing process is the culmination of 30 plus years of experience, research and development, involving the adaptation of regular offset printing machinery and the latest technology in in-house pre-press. 

Screen Printing

Silk screen printing is for solid spot colours, this process is where each colour is screen printed one at a time onto a hand applied transfer(decal) then high fired making it dishwasher and microwave safe.

Direct Screen Printing 

Direct screen printing, is rotary screen printing directly onto the surface of the mug or glass this process is usually for one solid spot colour, then fired making mugs dishwasher and microwave safe (with the exception of Metallic Gold & Silver). 

Direct Screen Printing UV

This process is where the mug or glass is screen printed with an organic ink which is available in colours unattainable in ceramic pigments, this is then cured with Ultra Violet light. We are finding glasses printed this way are more dishwasher resistant than normal ceramic low fire printing.

Sublimation & Heat Sensitive

This process is a computer generated dye sublimation decal that is heat sealed onto the mug.  This is good for achieving colours unattainable in Ceramic pigments and for quick turn around photos onto limited styles of mugs.
